I actually love this - it's perfect to clean the walls, ceilings, fans and baseboards because it is a "dry" mop and doesn't drip everywhere. I was shocked at how much dust and just overall junk from my kids this cleaned up. Very easy to set up and use. The pad stays on really well and doesn't need to be repositioned. I recommend it to friends quite a bit!
I received my mop order & couldn’t figure out how to put it together. None of the metal pole pieces could attach securely to the mop head. , helped me troubleshoot— indicating that one metal pole piece should have a hole to click in to the mop head. it indeed has the hole! So now my mop set can connect & it’s been easy to use!! I love that it can spin, wring out and that I can carry! I’m happy with this purchase & I'm happy to finally have a mop with a functional bucket & handle! Thank you！
The clean and dirty water do stay separate which is nice. However when you spin it fast like the instructions say it does splash a bit of water out of the bucket
